"Can I order replacement parts from American Music and Sound?"


A: If you are an authorized reseller or service center with AM&S, you can order parts directly by sending a PO to parts@americanmusicandsound.com


If you are an end user, we can provide part numbers but you must place an order through an authorized reseller. 


Note that most parts will not be advertised and may need to be special ordered through our retail partners by contacting them directly.

"My product is not working, but I think I know how to fix it. Can I do it myself?"


A: You are free to repair your own unit, but with the following caveats:


- We are not responsible for any damage or harm caused to you or your equipment during DIY repairs. If any additional issues arise with your product as a result of a DIY repair, the unit will no longer be covered under warranty.


- We are not able to provide support for DIY repairs. Service documents and schematics that are not already publicly available cannot be distributed as part of our agreements with manufacturing partners. 


- Without having a service technician inspect the product, we cannot guarantee that replacing a particular part will fix your issue.
